Change Your Mind, Change Your Body?

Most programs for weight loss and healthy living focus on the body and behavior but neglect the mind. Evidence shows mindfulness and meditation could help bridge the gap for sustainable progress.

Ending Our Struggle with Weight

Our global community is stuck in a cycle of unhealthy suffering. We treat our bodies like afterthoughts, and as a result, we are in the midst of a tragic obesity epidemic. It is clear that diets aren’t working, yet we continue to deprive ourselves of food, only to gain more weight. (For statistics on the inefficacy of dieting, watch the Hungry for Less video below.)

Your inMoving Plan

exercise, biking, in moving plan

Nowadays, we tend to sit more, staring at the screen instead of moving around. Create your own inMoving plan  to help you stay active and feel better by asking yourself a few questions:

1. Why do you want to be more physically active?

2. How do you feel when you are really sedentary, sitting almost the whole day?

Mindful Eating: Seasonal Food Choices

"when I go shopping, when I cook, and when I eat, I shall give rise to mindfulness and not bring into my body the kind of food which makes me heavy and unwell."
