Peace Is The Way

When you pay attention to your in breath and out breath, you abandon the future and go back to the present moment.  This is the practice of mindfulness.

 

When you eat, if you eat mindfully, that's mindful eating.

When you drink your water, if you drink mindfully, that's mindful drinking.

When you walk, if you walk mindfully, that's mindful walking.

 

In this short video, you will realize that when you focus on your in breath and out breath, you become free of your thoughts, your afflictions, your fear and anxiety.  When you focus on your in breath and out breath, you are already touching peace.  This is why there is no way to peace, peace is the way.
